Closing The Loop

Yesterday, Logikcull presented an educational webcast for ACEDS on emerging ethical guidelines in e-discovery, judicial use of sanctions to enforce that guidance, and the significance of the latest federal rules changes as they relate to those issues. We also covered about two dozen cases that collectively attest to the high level of disdain judges have for discovery abuse. You can read more on that here.

We were joined by our partner in crime Michael Simon, an attorney in Boston who consults on and teaches e-discovery (and who, to disclose fully, is not on the Logikcull payroll).

The feedback has been great, so we invite you to spend about an hour of your time with us if you haven't already. The recording and materials are available below.
